Frequently Asked Questions
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, but we allow up to the 5th to make payments. Please know that a late fee of $100 incurs on the 6th of the month.
At Shadowmoss Pointe we are happy to say that we include trash & pest control in your monthly rent. All of our amenities, including the use of our saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, car wash station, and monthly social activities are also included in your monthly rent.
Yes. Renter's insurance provides important protections for your personal belongings and peace of mind. For your convenience, we have partnered with Resident Shield, a trusted provider offering affordable coverage that meets all community requirements. Signing up is quick and easy, and policies are automatically shared with our office, saving you time and ensuring compliance from day one.
Shadowmoss Pointe is a pet-friendly community allowing up to two pets per home! We do not have a weight restriction on pets however please contact us directly for information on breed restrictions.
We are a pet-friendly community with just a few breed restrictions. Large pups are welcome! We have two pets max policy. The one-time pet fee is $300 for the 1st pet and $200 for the second. No monthly pet fees are charged!
We offer convenient first come, first-served parking with no reserved parking spots.
All of our homes include was/dryer connections. You can install your own set or easily rent them through our preferred rental company, Azuma.com (800.707.1188)
